This three-bed terrace mansion on Ruthin Road in Blackheath, London, has one bathroom, one reception room, a garage, a 50 ft garden. And, as a bonus, it comes with bulks of foliage.

A neighbour told the Evening Standard that the property’s former tenant had planted garden flora “quite a few years ago” and the members of this house had been fully covered for a very long time.

According to Zoopla, the current median property value for mansions on Ruthin Road is 970,700 ($ 1,254, 606 ). And, given that the average property value in London is currently at 490,718, the members of this house which will be sold by public auction on Tuesday is actually a pretty sweet deal.

The front entrance is very welcoming.
